Pork - Good Body (looks like a simple change is not it, right?!, ARE ONLY TWO LETTERS!)

As I said in a previous post that this blog would be to publish only waves mafufas that happen in my life and not something in a thousand posts, I am going to start posting another section called Books "Well Pork - Good Body," in which I will document my progress weekly pork well until a good body.

A bit of history.

I was always thin until I left high school and stuck to the monitor. Now I have about 10kg overweight, and I download them as soon as possible, but do not want to be thin and Bofo like emos, I want to be sucked, but without being metrosexual.

What motivates me.

1 .- I want to increase the quality of my achievements: D
2 .- To break a mother fucker. 3 .-
utter the snout to my uncle who keeps screwing the stick.

Goals: 1 .-

demonstrate that diets are for sissies. 2 .- Take
and smoking more out: D
3 .- Put on clothes that I do not have: D

Background:

at 16 was a workout with weights, but it was more a hobby than anything else.

My main challenge is to go down without changing my diet, ie, continue eating and drinking as I do so far, can it be?, There is only one way to know.
