How to get your ideal image ... GOAL!



you ever have attempted to improve your image? Have you ever thought how it would always be getting comfortable with your look? I do, often, the fact s that for me the image is something that can be constantly improved. As we are making more, instead of leaving us and think that is not the time and get better or get us out party, I am of the opinion that each age must reinvent themselves and, of course improvement. SOME OF MY GOALS

you comment here ... some of my goals to serve you as an example, after you touch you define your own.

Winter has already started, and one of my goals for this winter, as has financial concerns is to focus on abs and legs and leave to skip my gym classes.
regard to food (very important), my goal is not to skip any qe want to do three meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), drink eight glasses of water daily.
Now to the image: hair surgery, I went to the hairdresser to make me a modern cut (of course I stayed) and red wicks for this list for this season. Do not forget my skin I'll take special care, the goal is to have a super-hydrated skin. This means I will sleep more and watch my food. I have also
image goals, first of all is to give a new look to my closet (this old man ... lol) a little order in new parts of the station.

see, this part is easy. In short, my goals would be something like this: Belly

strong legs hose connections

Food Improves posture Hair and skin properly hydrated

new look of the season.

course to achieve all this must be clear what you have to do every week or even every day to get it. We'll see during the month, for now you create your list and goals.

Well, now I want to write, as I done, your goals, explaining some ideas that occur to you to get them. Then enter for short and concise and final goal, as I have done with my 6 item summary. It's easy, here you can put anything you want to get, realistically obvious, of course this month or at least to start, I give some other examples: Quitting

Start exercising
Learning to sleep more

makeup Dedicate time for me.

Now it's up to you, remember that for this to work you have to really put it into practice. The goal today is to just write it, so it is not difficult. Buy a newspaper or point it in your notebook, where you want, but do it!.
