FORM AND DELIVERY:
The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of the engagement by the client. The subsequent changes in the place of delivery requested by the customer, can generate additional costs on the sale price. The goods are delivered to the customer by Global or carrier, with delivery note on which to record information identifying the customer, order, number of packages and products it contains. In the case of the customer to verify errors in the goods received or that it is visually damaged, must be mentioned in the delivery note for the carrier, and then enter these circumstances, either by phone or via e-mail through customer service posted on its website within 24 hours. Merchandise is covered at all times against transport risk and loss.
PRICES:
All prices are quoted in euros with VAT included. Shipping charges are included. (Only in Spain)
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash deposit, prepayment is required to proceed with the shipment of the order.
RETURN: GLOBAL
not accept returns within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of merchandise. In the event of return within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return. GLOBAL will not accept returns if Product packaging is not the original and these are not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that they get in perfect condition, being forbidden the use of seals and tapes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: GLOBAL
not responsible in case there are any typographical error, at all times outside their control. In that case, proceed immediately to its correctness and if a client has made a purchase decision based on that error, GLOBAL will notify the customer and shall be entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on your part.
