The security of all our products is solely the manufacturer, the warranty varies depending on the items and is indicated in the documents of each product in the transaction.
The customer gets a total guarantee if the product shows an abnormality (product return and forwarding another release) within the first week, all associated costs borne by GLOBAL.
For any manufacturing defect and operation tainted products purchased from GLOBAL, is set solely responsible for the manufacturer of them. GLOBAL as the seller offers its clients brokerage services for the purpose of contacting the manufacturer, making thus the warranty.
The warranty is void in the market: not adhering to instructions for use and handling of defective equipment and / or installation error, not compatible peripheral equipment, improper voltage, tampering by others, natural disasters, coups.
The return of the product under warranty will be accepted only for items that are in their original condition (boxes, packaging, cables, manual, etc ...) and accompanied by the invoice.
The warranty shall begin on the day of delivery and / or acceptance of order. The
repair or replacement do not change the start date of warranty.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of consumables
After seven days the delivery charges back and forth on Iran's security by the customer.
